”He gives power to the faint,
and strengthens the powerless.
Even youths will faint and be weary,
and the young will fall exhausted;
but those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength,
they shall mount up with wings like eagles,
they shall run and not be weary,
they shall walk and not faint.”

Many of us thinks that strenght comes from being buzy and doing stuff. But sloooowly I’m starting to realize that it is the opposite. It’s only in the stillness, before God, when I lay my burdens and all my striving down, I find my strenght, true peace, rest, lightness, hope, joy, love and life.
”Come to me all you who are weary,
and I will give you rest.”
