”You ask me to let go of that heavy burden, to lay my worries down.
Release that heaviness…
And receive your lightweight peace,your joy, your life.
Finally, I can breathe.
You give me peace and joy.
Lightweight and marvellous!”
”Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!”
”Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
”But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions – it is by grace you have been saved.”
”How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God!
Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.
They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house,
And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures.
For with You is the fountain of life;
In Your light we see light.”
”Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”
/Jesus (John 7:37-38)

”The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
”You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.”
”Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given.”

”You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.”
”Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.”
”The light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness can never extinguish it.”
…“And remember that I am always with you until the end of time.”
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
”For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
”Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
”You see me.
You know me.
You hear me.
You are always with me.
You never forsake me, never leave me.
I am always known and always loved by you.”

When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers,the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?”/Ps 8:4-5
”And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?”/Matt 6:28-30
But nothing is impossible for God.”/Luke 1:37
